- 1 cup tropical juice blend
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (approximately 4 ounces)
- 3/4 cup white rum
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (about 2 ounces), plus extra for garnish
- Maraschino cherries, for decoration

- Pour the tropical juice and coconut milk into separate ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Peel the banana, slice it into pieces, and freeze on a plate.
- When you're set to prepare the drinks, place the frozen juice and coconut milk cubes into a blender along with the frozen banana chunks. Add the pineapple, rum, and mango, then blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, light, and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender a few times. This should take about 1 to 2 minutes. Immediately pour (or pipe for a soft-serve effect) into 4 glasses. Garnish with mango pieces and maraschino cherries and serve right away.
