- 12 ounces coarsely ground beef chuck
- 12 ounces coarsely ground beef sirloin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

- Warm a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 20 minutes.
