Ingredients
- 8 jasmine tea bags
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- Lime slices, to taste
Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add the jasmine tea bags, remove from heat, and let steep for about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves, then whisk in the heavy cream, coconut milk, and lime slices.
3. Cover the pan and chill the tea in the refrigerator until cold (about 30 minutes).
4. Pour into glasses over ice if desired and enjoy the refreshing, creamy jasmine coconut tea.
