- 3 cups seedless green grapes
- 1 Granny Smith apple, core removed and chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into thin rounds
- 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- 2 bottles of chilled dry white wine (such as Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup chilled white grape juice
- 1/2 cup vodka
Directions:
- Place 3 cups of your green grapes in the freezer about 2 hours before planning to serve the sangria.
- In a large glass pitcher loaded with ice, add the diced apple, lemon slices, grape halves, dry white wine, sugar, white grape juice, and vodka. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- To serve, add a handful of your frozen grapes to each glass and top with the sangria mixture. Enjoy cold.
