Ingredients
- 4 ounces Meyer lemon juice
- 2 ounces standard lemon juice
- 4 ounces rum (such as Mount Gay)
- 2 ounces orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
- 2 ounces almond syrup
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 2 cups finely shaved ice
Instructions
- Chill four 6-ounce champagne coupe glasses in the refrigerator.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Meyer lemon juice, standard lemon juice, rum, orange liqueur, and almond syrup. Add the finely shaved ice and shake vigorously until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency.
- Pour approximately 4 ounces of the slush mixture into each chilled coupe glass and crown each with a maraschino cherry.
