Kiwis are a small but powerful fruit their fuzzy skin hides a sweet, vitamin Crich flesh. For the best flavor and nutrient retention, drink this juice immediately after making it. Adding chia seeds restores some of the fiber lost during juicing and gives the drink a pleasant texture.
Ingredients
- 2 kiwis, skins removed
- 1 1/4 cups watermelon, diced
- 2 large ripe limes, skin and pith trimmed away
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Juice the ingredients in this order: kiwis first, then watermelon, and finish with the limes, using your juicer's recommended settings for each fruit.
- If using chia seeds, stir them into the juice and let sit about 5 minutes so they swell slightly.
- Serve immediately, over ice if desired.
