- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- Ranch Spice Mix (see below)
Ranch Spice Mix Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Combine the Greek yogurt and the prepared Ranch Spice Mix in a medium bowl and stir until smooth and evenly seasoned. Serve as a dip for fresh vegetables or with your favorite snacks.
Preparing the Ranch Spice Mix:
- Put the dried parsley, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried thyme, sugar, and a few grinds of black pepper into a small lidded container. Close the lid and shake well until everything is thoroughly combined.
