Directions

  1. Combine a 12.3-ounce pack of silken tofu with 1/3 cup each of reduced-fat creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into individual glasses, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least half an hour or until set.
  4. Before serving, add a spoonful of Marshmallow Fluff and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and/or chocolate.
