Peanut Butter Mousse Recipe

Directions
- Combine a 12.3-ounce pack of silken tofu with 1/3 cup each of reduced-fat creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into individual glasses, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least half an hour or until set.
- Before serving, add a spoonful of Marshmallow Fluff and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and/or chocolate.
