Transport yourself to a sunny beach paradise with this irresistible nonalcoholic pia colada! Dive into the creamy, tropical bliss of coconut and pineappleminus the boozefor a refreshing treat that sparks pure joy. Whip it up in minutes and savor every sip without the worry of a hangover, just maybe a blissful brain freeze!

Gather these ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream, such as Coco Lopez
  • 3 tablespoons light agave nectar
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple pieces, plus 2 wedges for garnish
  • Juice from half a lime (approximately 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 3 ounces nonalcoholic rum, like Lyre's White Cane Spirit (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Pour the coconut milk, coconut cream, and agave into your blender. Blend until fully mixed, around 20 seconds.
  2. Add pineapple chunks and lime juice; blend again until the mixture is smooththis takes about 30 to 45 more seconds.
  3. Mix in the ice and, if you choose, the nonalcoholic rum. Blend until the result is creamy and smooth.
  4. Split between two tall or daiquiri glasses, and decorate each with a wedge of pineapple. (Either frozen or fresh pineapple works great here.)
