Milky Way Ice Cream

- 4 ounces Milky Way candy bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Melt the chopped candy bars with the sweetened condensed milk in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth (ensure the bowl doesn't touch the water). Remove from heat, then whisk in whole milk, half-and-half, and chocolate syrup if using. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until thoroughly cold, at least 2 hours.
- Process the cooled mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once churned, transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours. Scoop up this dreamy delight and savor every creamy, candy-filled bite!
