- 4 tablespoons salted butter, plus extra for greasing
- One 10-ounce bag marshmallows
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups rice cereal
- One 10-ounce bag mini white marshmallows
- Rainbow sprinkles, for decorating

- Generously grease a 9- by 13-inch baking pan with softened butter.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the regular marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Mix in the salt, then remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
- Add the rice cereal to the marshmallow mixture, folding gently until everything is well combined. Pour in the mini marshmallows and gently fold them in as well. Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and press it down evenly. Right away, sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top.
- Allow the treats to cool fully before slicing into squares.
