Instructions
- Place the vinegar, mustard, honey, shallots, salt, and white pepper into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a sharp blade. Pulse until the shallots are finely chopped.
- While the processor is running, slowly pour in the olive oil in a thin stream until the oil is fully blended and the vinaigrette has a smooth, silky consistency.
- Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate for up to one week. Always bring to room temperature before serving to restore its luxurious texture and vibrant flavor.
