Directions
- In a bowl, mash the yolks from 6 hard-boiled eggs. Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, a couple dashes of hot sauce, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Blend in 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
- Spoon the yolk mixture into the hollowed egg whites. Top each with sliced scallions and a sprinkle of paprika.
