Cook Mode

Directions
- Cook 3 slices of diced bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the bacon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Add 2 sliced onions to the same pan with the bacon drippings. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and cook for 10 minutes to soften the onions.
- Uncover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the onions become deep golden brown, approximately 30 additional minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. Fold in the reserved bacon until well combined.
