Ingredients
- One 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely minced
- 1 small jar pimentos, dried with paper towel
- 20 thin slices of salami

Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese and chopped chives in a bowl until evenly mixed. Chop the pimentos into small pieces.
- Spread a light layer of the cream cheese-chive mixture over each salami slice. Fold each slice in half, then fold again into a wedge shape. Spear 2 small pieces of pimento onto a toothpick, then secure the roll-up. Repeat for all slices.
- Slice each wedge in half to create mini roll-ups and arrange on a serving tray.
