Spicy Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients:
- 10 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 cup pickled jalapeos, chopped
- 6 ounces piquillo pepper, chopped (regular pimentos can be used as a substitute)
- 5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 1/4 pounds)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
- Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery seed until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped pickled jalapeos, chopped piquillo peppers, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Add Sriracha to taste and blend until evenly combined; add more mayonnaise or Sriracha if needed after tasting.
- Refrigerate before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
