Ingredients
- Three 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups shredded aged Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups toasted pecans, finely chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped finely
- Sriracha sauce for decoration

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, Cheddar, Romano, sour cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth using a handheld mixer. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Transfer the cheese mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Shape the mixture with your hands into a football form. Remove the plastic wrap and press the pecans and cranberries evenly across the surface. Use Sriracha to draw decorative football laces on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
