Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) bacon (use regular slices, avoid thick cuts)
  • 24 to 27 club-style crackers
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs (choose soft herbs like parsley, basil, mint, and cilantro)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 250F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
