  • 4 round, pocketless whole-grain pita
  • 1/3 cup prepared hummus
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 lemon, quartered, for serving
