Ingredients

Tarts:

  • All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Whipped Cream:

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper for effortless baking.
