- 1 package (20 oz.) Bob Evans Refrigerated Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 large grade A eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 package (12 oz.) Bob Evans Original Sausage Links (uncooked)
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded Colby Jack or mild Cheddar cheese
Instructions
