Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Pour the pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice and sugar, then heat gently until the sugar dissolves completely, stirring occasionally. Let this syrup cool to room temperature.
- For serving, fill a tall rocks glass with three to four pomegranate ice cubes. Drizzle about 1/4 cup of the lemon syrup over the ice, then top off with seltzer water. Repeat for the remaining servings. Stir gently, garnish with a lemon slice, and serve immediately.
