Ingredients
- 6 limes, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon celery seeds
- 3 tablespoons grated fresh or bottled horseradish
- 2 quarts chilled tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups pepper-flavored vodka, pre-chilled in the freezer
- Celery stalks, for garnish
- Cucumber spears, for garnish
- A handful of fresh cilantro, for decoration

Instructions
- In a pitcher, mix together the lime juice, celery seeds, and horseradish. Gently muddle the mix with the end of a wooden spoon to combine and crush the celery seeds. Add the chilled tomato juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt and pepper. Stir well to blend all ingredients.
- Pour the vodka evenly into 6 tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Top each glass with the Bloody Mary mixture, then add celery stalks and cucumber spears, and garnish with cilantro. Stir each drink thoroughly before serving.
