Whip up this irresistible, creamy dip that's bursting with bold Gorgonzola flavor and a tangy Greek yogurt twistperfect for game days, parties, or anytime you crave a crowd-pleasing snack!

  • 1/4 cup shallot, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 7 oz Greek-style yogurt (like Fage Total)
  • 1/2 cup quality mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's)
  • 4 oz strong Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 5 shakes Tabasco sauce (add to taste)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly cracked
  • 3 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • Serve with assorted raw vegetables or crackers

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor equipped with the steel blade, place the shallot, garlic, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, crumbled Gorgonzola, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pulse approximately 12 times until the dip is mostly smooth, but plenty of texture remains.
  3. Add the minced chives. Pulse an additional 2-3 times to mix the chives through the dip.
  4. Move the finished dip to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. This step ensures the flavors fully meld into tangy perfection.
