Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup no-sugar-added grape juice
- 2 tablespoons grape jelly
- Whipped cream and/or shaved chocolate for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the milk, peanut butter, and half of the ice cream in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into a liquid measuring cup and chill in the freezer.
- Clean the blender, then blend the remaining ice cream with the grape juice and jelly until fully smooth. Pour equal amounts of the peanut butter and jelly blends into cold glasses. Optionally, top with whipped cream and/or shaved chocolate.
