- 1/4 cup black tea leaves
- 1 generous tablespoon high-quality cocoa powder, such as Callebaut
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup black cherry juice
- Splash of skim milk
- Fresh black cherries, pitted, for garnish
- In a large French press, combine the tea leaves, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Pour in 4 cups of boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. Press down, transfer the liquid into a pitcher, and refrigerate until cold, about 2 hours.
- Mix in the cherry juice. Pour over ice, add a splash of skim milk, and garnish with fresh black cherries.
