- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
