Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) stout or lager-type beer
- 1/4 cup (50 g) soft tofu
- 1/4 pound (115 g) cream cheese
- 3/4 pound (340 g) cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup (25 g) prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons (20 g) finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add each ingredient in the order listed to the Vitamix container and attach the lid securely.
- Set to Variable 1.
- Turn on the machine and rapidly increase the setting to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for one minute, using the tamper as needed to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Pause the blender about halfway through (30 seconds) to scrape down the sides if needed, then continue blending.
