Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve country club-style crackers
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 pound thinly sliced bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Arrange the crackers face up on a large rack set over a baking sheet (or broiler pan). Place about 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan on each cracker.
  3. Cut the bacon package in half (or slice pieces individually) and gently wrap each cheese-topped cracker with one half piece of bacon, making sure the cracker is fully covered. The bacon should fit snugly but not be stretched too tightly.
  4. Transfer the bacon-wrapped crackers to the rack.
  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 2 hours.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature!

Notes
