Ingredients
- 1 sleeve country club-style crackers
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 pound thinly sliced bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
- Arrange the crackers face up on a large rack set over a baking sheet (or broiler pan). Place about 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan on each cracker.
- Cut the bacon package in half (or slice pieces individually) and gently wrap each cheese-topped cracker with one half piece of bacon, making sure the cracker is fully covered. The bacon should fit snugly but not be stretched too tightly.
- Transfer the bacon-wrapped crackers to the rack.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 2 hours.
- Serve warm or at room temperature!
