Ingredients
- One 12-ounce package of fresh cranberries
- 2 peeled oranges
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions
- Pulse the cranberries and oranges briefly in a food processor. Transfer the chopped mixture into a 1-quart bowl.
- Mix in 1/2 cup of the sugar and stir well. Adjust the sugar amount to your liking, depending on the sweetness of the oranges.
- Add the chopped pecans, stir again, and the relish is ready to be served.
