Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 8 butter crackers, crushed (like Ritz)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Corn chips, crackers, or bagel chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C). In a medium bowl, blend the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack, green onions, and cayenne pepper until irresistibly smooth. Spread into a shallow 9-inch pie plate, top with crushed crackers, and bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, shower with crispy crumbled bacon, and dive in right away with corn chips, crackers, or bagel chips. This crowd-pleasing dip vanishes fastperfect for game day or any gathering!
