Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 8 butter crackers, crushed (like Ritz)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Corn chips, crackers, or bagel chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (175C). In a medium bowl, blend the mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, sharp Cheddar, Monterey Jack, green onions, and cayenne pepper until irresistibly smooth. Spread into a shallow 9-inch pie plate, top with crushed crackers, and bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, shower with crispy crumbled bacon, and dive in right away with corn chips, crackers, or bagel chips. This crowd-pleasing dip vanishes fastperfect for game day or any gathering!
