Directions
- Mix the breadcrumbs, paprika, dried thyme, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, and several grinds of pepper inside a large zip-top bag; shake thoroughly to blend. Pour in the olive oil and shake again to distribute evenly. Whisk the eggs together in a shallow dish.
- In batches, coat the pork chops in the beaten eggs, letting the extra egg drip away. Place them into the bag with the breadcrumb blend and shake vigorously until fully covered.
- Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat the air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange half the pork chops inside and cook until they turn golden brown, around 6 minutes, turning them over midway. Move to a wire rack and repeat with the rest of the chops.
Pair with applesauce and steamed veggies for a complete, irresistible meal that's crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and ready in minutes!
