Whip up this refreshing sangria in just 5-10 minutes and let the vibrant flavors dance together for hours. Imagine crisp fruits infusing a pitcher of white wineperfect to chill and savor alongside your evening meal, delighting every guest!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 shots Calvados or a comparable apple-flavored liqueur
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 soft peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 3 crisp green apples, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1 bottle white Rioja or another dry white wine
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • Sparkling soda water, to top off each glass

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar, Calvados, lime, lemon, peaches, and apples in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour the bottle of Rioja wine over the fruit and refrigerate the sangria for several hours to chill and let the flavors meld.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon fruit into glasses or goblets and add several fresh raspberries to each glass.
  4. Pour the sangria over the fruit and finish each glass with a splash of sparkling soda water.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your burst of summer in every sip!
