- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- Place a stainless steel bowl and stainless steel whisk attachment in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to chill thoroughly.
- Add the granulated sugar to the chilled mixing bowl and pour in the heavy whipping cream. Whisk until the mixture reaches firm, stiff peaks.
- Store any leftover portions in an airtight container for up to 10 hours. Before serving, gently rewhisk for 10 to 15 seconds to restore the fluffy texture.
