Ingredients
- 8 ounces rigatoni
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 pound turkey sausage
- Crushed red pepper flakes, as preferred
- 1 onion, diced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Prepare the rigatoni following the directions on the package. Remove the turkey sausage from its casing.
- In a preheated skillet, saut the onions. Add the sliced red bell pepper and crumble in the sausage meat. Stir and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan. Pour in the chicken broth and allow it to simmer.
- Add the broccoli florets and cover to let them steam until tender.
- Once the broccoli is tender, add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet. Mix everything together well to coat evenly.
