Ingredients
1 3/4 cups white granulated sugar
9 Earl Grey tea bags
2 cups (16 ounces) vodka
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (from approximately 9 large lemons) plus 1 lemon sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1/2 hothouse cucumber, cut into thin slices

- Fill a medium saucepan with 6 cups of water and heat to a gentle simmer on medium heat. Remove from heat, stir in sugar until fully dissolved, then add tea bags. Steep until deep mahogany, about 6-8 minutes. Discard tea bags and chill in fridge 1-2 hours.
