Ingredients
- 10 black tea bags
- One 13-ounce jar mixed berry jelly
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 2 cups raspberries
Instructions
- Heat 4 cups of water until boiling. Place the tea bags in a heat-resistant container and pour the hot water over them. Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, then remove the bags.
- While the tea steeps, pour the jelly into a small saucepan set over medium-high heat. Add the cranberry juice and stir until blended. Bring the berry mixture to a gentle simmer and cook until the jelly has melted, about 4 minutes.
- Strain the berry mixture through a sieve into the tea container, discarding any seeds or pulp. Add 6 cups of ice cubes to the berry tea and stir well. Once cooled, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, add ice cubes to 8 tall glasses. Place a few raspberries in each glass and pour the chilled berry tea over the ice.
