Ingredients
- 2 pounds raw shrimp, frozen, deveined, with shells left on
- 2 sticks cold butter, chopped into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Crusty bread for accompaniment

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375F. If the shrimp are clumped, rinse and spread them evenly on a baking tray.
- In a food processor combine the butter, parsley, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic, and lemon juice; pulse until well blended. Scatter the cold butter mixture over the shrimp.
- Bake until the shrimp are fully opaque and the butter is sizzling and melted through.
- Serve with warm crusty bread. Peel each shrimp before eating and let guests dip bread into the buttery pan juices.
