Smoky Citrus Cocktail

Instructions
- Place 2 tablespoons each of smoked salt and sugar onto a plate.
- Run an orange wedge around the rims of 4 glasses, then dip each rim into the salt mixture.
- Fill the glasses with ice, add a small pinch of smoked salt to the ice, and swirl gently to mix.
- In a liquid measuring cup, combine 1/2 cup each of Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth; pour the mixture into the prepared glasses.
- For garnish, char 4 wide strips of orange peel individually over a flame using tongs; place one charred strip into each glass.
