Ingredients

  • 1 shot (1.5 ounces) vodka
  • 1 shot (1.5 ounces) sake
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • Ice, as needed
  • 2 raspberries
  • 1 fresh mint leaf

Instructions

  1. Combine the vodka, sake, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well!
  2. Decorate the edge of a martini glass with 1 raspberry and add a mint leaf to the glass.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and serve right away.
