Ingredients
- 12 oz brewed Tazo Passion herbal tea (hibiscus, spices, passion fruit aroma)
- 6 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 oz peach nectar
- 1 1/2 oz ginger-infused simple syrup
- Orange wheels, for garnish
Directions
- Make the ginger syrup: combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add a peeled, sliced 1-inch piece of fresh ginger and steep for 30 minutes; remove the ginger.
- Over ice in a cocktail shaker, combine the brewed passion tea, orange juice, peach nectar, and ginger syrup. Shake until well chilled and blended.
- Strain into wine glasses and garnish each with thin orange slices.
Notes
- Swap the peach nectar for a white grapepeach juice blend for a milder variation.
- Omit the ginger syrup if you prefer a gentler flavor.
- Perfect for brunches, gatherings, or a refreshing summer drink.
