- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt until the mixture lightens in color. Gradually incorporate the milk and vanilla extract, beating continuously.
- Spread the berries evenly on the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the fruit. Bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes, or until the filling is firm in the center.
