Ingredients
- 2 whole-wheat pita breads
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Lightly brush both sides of each pita with olive oil.
- Grill one pita at a time for about 2 minutes per side, until grill marks appear.
- Remove from heat and slice each pita into 6 wedges.
