Ingredients:

  • 2 pints of strawberries, rinsed and hulled
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor. Transfer the puree to a large bowl and stir in half and half, sour cream, sugar, and lemon juice until all ingredients are fully mixed. Chill the mixture.
  2. Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
