Ingredients:
- 2 pints of strawberries, rinsed and hulled
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
- Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor. Transfer the puree to a large bowl and stir in half and half, sour cream, sugar, and lemon juice until all ingredients are fully mixed. Chill the mixture.
- Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
