Ingredients:
- 40 maraschino cherries with stems (packed in very heavy syrup), drained thoroughly
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (6 ounces) white chocolate chips

- Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment or wax paper. Dry the cherries well with paper towels.
