Ingredients:
- Twelve 6-inch corn tortillas (preferably white variety)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fine salt to taste

Instructions:
- Heat your oven to 350F. Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla with the vegetable oil. Stack the tortillas and slice the entire stack into sixths to form chip shapes.
- Arrange the chips in a single layer on two large baking sheets, and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until golden and crispy, turning the baking sheets halfway through, about 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
