Vodka Grape Sparkler Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of fresh, red seedless grapes, plus 1 cup sliced
- 1/2 cup clover honey
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 cup vodka, well chilled
- 1 bottle of chilled ros sparkling wine
Instructions
- Puree the whole grapes, honey, and lemon juice in a blender until fully smooth. You may want to do this in batches if your blender is small. Strain the grape liquid into a pitcher. Stir in the vodka and add the sliced grapes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Just before serving, gently stir in the ros sparkling wine. Serve the drink in red wine glasses.
