Ingredients

  • 2 ounces premium vodka
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave syrup
  • 5 large seedless green grapes
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, agave syrup, grapes, and mint sprigs. Using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, gently mash the ingredients together until the grapes release their juice and the mint becomes fragrantabout 10 seconds. Pour in vodka and fill the shaker with ice.
  2. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until well-chilled and combined.
  3. Fill an 8 to 12-ounce glass with fresh ice and carefully strain the cocktail into it. Top with a sprig of mint and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
