Ingredients
- 2 ounces premium vodka
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce agave syrup
- 5 large seedless green grapes
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, agave syrup, grapes, and mint sprigs. Using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, gently mash the ingredients together until the grapes release their juice and the mint becomes fragrantabout 10 seconds. Pour in vodka and fill the shaker with ice.
- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until well-chilled and combined.
- Fill an 8 to 12-ounce glass with fresh ice and carefully strain the cocktail into it. Top with a sprig of mint and serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
