Delight in this playful twist on bubble tea! Slice jellied cranberry sauce into tiny "caviar"-like pearls and stir them into a festive mocktail. The fizzy Italian soda creates a mesmerizing lava lamp bubbling effect that'll wow your guests this holiday season.
- 4 black tea bags
- 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- Six 15-ounce cans Italian orange soda
- One 14-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce, cut into small cubes
- Orange zest curls, for garnish

- Bring 1 quart of water to a boil, then remove from heat and steep the tea bags, gently pressing them occasionally, for 10 minutes. Take out the tea bags. Stir in the cranberry juice. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until fully cold.
- Fill tall glasses one-third full with the cranberry tea, then top off with the Italian orange soda. Spoon in a generous tablespoon of the cranberry cubes. Garnish each glass with an orange zest curl and serve. Repeat for the remaining 11 servings using the rest of the ingredients.
