Ingredients
- 4 cups kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 tablespoon sriracha seasoning
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
Directions
- Place the chips in a microwave-safe bowl and warm them about 1 minute, until they feel hot to the touch but remain crisp.
- While the chips warm, toast the sriracha seasoning in a small dry skillet over low heat for 12 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the seasoning from heat and stir in both sugars.
- Add the seasoning-sugar mixture to the hot chips and toss thoroughly so the chips are evenly coated. Serve immediately.
