Ingredients

  • 4 cups kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar

Directions

  • Place the chips in a microwave-safe bowl and warm them about 1 minute, until they feel hot to the touch but remain crisp.
  • While the chips warm, toast the sriracha seasoning in a small dry skillet over low heat for 12 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the seasoning from heat and stir in both sugars.
  • Add the seasoning-sugar mixture to the hot chips and toss thoroughly so the chips are evenly coated. Serve immediately.
